If you select Poland in the contact form, your inquiry goes to APM Automation Project Management Sp. z o.o., ul. Hermanowska 6A, 54-314 Wrocław, kontakt_pl@apm-europe.com. That company is the controller for the further processing in its own right.

When you open a page, your browser sends technical details that the server logs: IP address, time, requested address, volume transferred, referring address, browser and operating system.

The purpose is operating and securing the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is in delivering the site reliably and securely.

The website, the mailboxes and the partner area are hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. The servers are located in Germany.

We have a data processing agreement with Strato pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Strato processes the resulting data solely on our instructions and not for its own purposes.

When you submit the form, we send your name, email address, message and any attachments by email to the relevant mailbox — depending on the location you selected, either kontakt@apm-europe.com or kontakt_pl@apm-europe.com. We use the details solely to answer your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry concerns a prospective contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your message stays in our mailbox. If the inquiry turns into business, the correspondence falls under the statutory retention periods of six and ten years respectively (Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO) and we may not delete it. Otherwise we keep inquiries for as long as we need them for the business relationship. On your request we delete them — see “Your rights”.

To prevent abuse, the server keeps a 15-minute count of the requests coming from an IP address. After that the entry is deleted.

For selected partners we run an area with individual access. There we process a user name, an encrypted password, the time of the last login and the files you provide. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We delete uploaded files automatically 30 days after the upload — sooner if you ask us to, or when we revoke the access.

Logging in sets a strictly necessary session cookie. It contains nothing but a random identifier and is deleted when you log out or the session expires.

The website stores neither cookies nor any values in your browser's storage. The language you chose is part of the page address (such as /en/ or /pl/), so it does not need to be stored.

The only exception is the session cookie for signing in to the partner area described above.

We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising services, and we embed no social networks. Fonts are served from our own server, not from a third party. Apart from the host, we pass no data to anyone unless the law requires it.

The links to LinkedIn are plain links. LinkedIn only finds out about them when you click one.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21). Any consent given may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
